Tuesday and oh wait I got....

I woke up at 5.30am with so much pain in my back that I felt dizzy and nauseous that I just had to get back to sleep OFC when I woke up agin around 9 I quickly found out that I had gotten my period :(
I just went back to bed and stayed there and read to about 11am when I had to get up eat some breakfast and get ready sins I had to go to the Chiropractor...
I hate it when my back is this bad!! Because it hurts so Unbelievable much :(
Even do it was gonna help going to the chiropractor It was hurting SO much afterwords!!
so laying on the couch just doing nothing is the most I did the rest of the day!!! :(
IT REALLY REALLY SUcks!!!! :(
